Not getting emails?

Work through these steps before getting in touch.

1. Check your spam folder

Emails from new senders often end up in spam. Search for noreply@adlgigs.au and mark anything you find as "Not spam" to make sure future emails get through.

2. Check other tabs (Gmail users)

Gmail sometimes files gig emails under the Promotions or Updates tabs. Check those, and if you find one there, drag it to your Primary inbox. Gmail will remember for next time.

3. Add us to your contacts

Adding noreply@adlgigs.au to your contacts or safe senders list tells your email provider you trust us. This is the most reliable fix.

4. Check your subscriptions

Log in and check your subscriptions page. Make sure you're actually subscribed to the band or genre you're expecting emails from. It's easy to accidentally unsubscribe.

5. The band might not have sent anything yet

We only forward what bands send us. If a band hasn't emailed Marvin, there's nothing to forward. Check the band's own social media to see if they have any upcoming gigs.
